File Types

We accept artwork in the following file formats:

Finished Art

• Artwork must be saved in its highest resolution possible and be within the range of 150 to 300 PPI at final size.
• Please include all fonts required & to be safe also have your fonts converted to outlines
• Colours should be CMYK/Greyscale. Do not use RGB. If a PMS colour is required please define clearly
• The following file types will not be accepted as finished artwork:Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Powerpoint or Pagemake ect.

File Delivery

When possible we prefer artwork to be sent to us via emai. Files need to be compressed using either Win Zip, Stuffit or Win RAR. If you find that your files are to large to be sent via email we suggest you try the free FTP site Your Send It.

Colour Matching

If your job is ‘ colour critical’ please supply a PMS colour or sample for us to match to. Also please note that variables such as media, ink pigment and lamination may cause colours to vary from intended results. Colour samples are available on request.
